Barley grass is rich in vitamins of group B, calcium, magnesium and iron. Moringa is considered one of the most nutrient-rich plants and aloe vera is said to have a supportive effect on the immune system. Microalgae chlorel has a detoxifying effect and contributes to the production of red blood cells. Also included are artichokes, broccoli, parsley, spinach and celery.
