Creatine monohidrato, maltodextrina, taurina, corrector de acidez (ácido cítrico), aromas, edulcorantes (sucralosa y acesulfamo K), colorante (ácido carmínico y azul patente V). Puede contener trazas de leche, gluten, soja, huevos y crustáceos.

Método de empleo

Disolver 8 g (2 cazos) en 100-150 ml de agua y tomar antes de entrenar.
