PediaSure Teen Balance is a food supplement with protein, vitamins and minerals, formulated to meet the nutritional needs of adolescents aged 11 and up. During adolescence, most boys and girls experience a last period of high growth and need up to 2 times more key nutrients compared to before puberty 4 . Supplements their nutrition to help their growth and development 3 . Contains iron to support attention and memory1, plus other vitamins, such as vitamin D to support the immune system 5, and minerals such as magnesium to help cope with everyday energy helping reduce fatigue 2 .
1. Iron contributes to the normal cognitive development of children.
2. Magnesium helps decrease tiredness and fatigue.
3. Essential fatty acids are necessary for normal growth and development of children. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and 10 g of linoleic acid (LA).
4. Based on a comparison of recommended intakes (EFSA DRV) for key growth nutrients Ca, Zn, and P. Children aged 1 to 3 years compared to 11 to 14 years.
5. Vitamin D contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system of children.
6. Based on a study conducted by Ipsos in August 2022 consisting of taste tastings to 120 children aged 10-15 years, of whom more than 92 liked the taste of PediaSure Teen Balance (vanilla and chocolate powder format).

It is very important to maintain a varied and balanced diet accompanied by a healthy lifestyle. PediaSure Teen Balance is a food supplement and is not a substitute for food. Vanilla images for illustration purposes only. PediaSure Teen Balance contains no vanilla.
Recommended intake:2 meals per day, during or between meals, as needed. Do not exceed the maximum number of shots per day. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Directions for use: To prepare a 225 ml shot, pour 190 ml of water at room temperature or cold into a glass and gradually mix 5 measures flush (approx. 49g) of PediaSure Teen Balance Powder. Take = 49 g of powder in 190 ml of water to get 225 ml. It can be heated but not above 35ºC to maintain nutritional properties.
Care instructions: Store the can in a cool, dry place (not refrigerated) at room temperature. The open can will need to be covered and its contents should be used within 3 weeks. Once the mixture has been done, PediaSure Teen Balance will need to be covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Keep out of reach of children.
Warning: Do not heat the PediaSure Teen Balance in the microwave. Severe burns may occur. Excessive consumption can cause intestinal upset. Avoid consumption along with drugs and other fiber-based food supplements.
