Ultra Whey Complex is the 50% concentrated and 50% isolated whey protein, produced by micro and ultrafiltration processes at cross flow, to obtain a Whey with a high protein value, without damaging it. It consists of Volactive UltraWhey XP certified raw material, of the highest quality on the market. Ultra Whey Complex contains 50% WPC (Whey Protein Concentrate) and 50% WPI (Whey Protein Isolate), thus allowing you to benefit from the characteristics of both types of protein. WPCs contain high levels of growth factors, phospholipids, bioactive lipids, and often also immunoglobulins and lactoferrin, and are proteins of rapid absorption and good digestive speed (45 minutes – 1 hour). WPIs are the purest form of Whey, have a very high biological value, naturally contain branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) and enjoy rapid absorption and good digestive speed (30-45 minutes). Add 3 tablespoons (30 grams) in 200 ml of water or other beverage of choice and consume once a day, right after training, away from meals or at least an hour before workouts or competitions.
